Do you want to know more about a symptom that your child has? Do you want to know where to go or what to do next? Ask a Paediatrician is here to help.

If you have medical questions about your child, or if you're not sure whether to visit your treating GP or Paediatrician, simply ask your questions any time and one of our Paediatricians will respond in writing within 24 hours. The service can be used as many times as needed.

This is not an emergency service. If your child is feeling unwell we advise you to contact your local emergency services (000 in Australia).

Ask a Paediatrician supports your child's treating doctor. It does not aim to replace them. If they require prescriptions or referrals you will need to visit your child's treating doctor.

Our Paediatricians can also help identify if any of our other services can assist to help manage any other medical concerns your child may have.

How does it work?

Once you've completed the form, you'll be connected with one of our Paediatricianss.

    You can ask as many questions about your child's health and wellbeing as you'd like.

  • 2 Paediatrician reviews question

    We allocate one of our Australian Paediatricians to review and respond to your question.

  • 3 Get answers to your medical questions

    A Paediatrician will respond to your question in writing within 24 hours and you'll be notified by email that your answers are ready for you to review in your 360Health Virtual Care account.

You can ask our Paediatricians any questions about your child's health from the comfort of your own home.
