Mental Health Assist provides you with a discreet and confidential way to seek mental health support by connecting you with a team of leading mental health professionals from the comfort of your own home.

Who can use this service?

As an eligible MetLife customer, you get access to this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

Request the service and a mental health professional will contact you.

  • 1 Request a mental health assessment

    Click START A CASE and submit your request to our mental health team.

  • 2 Talk to a mental health nurse

    You will meet with one of our mental health nurses via video call. The mental health nurse will become your dedicated point of contact, providing support and guidance throughout the entire process.

  • 3 Meet via video with our team of mental health professionals

    We will match you to a psychologist and/or psychiatrist who will meet with you within a few days via a video call.

  • 4 Receive a report and treatment recommendations

    You will receive a written report outlining our experts findings, allowing you to fully understand what is driving your symptoms. Your mental health nurse will discuss all of the findings with you and help you into the recommended treatment approach.
